In 2017, Heather joined the Efficient Markets team as a Government Resources Analyst. She now serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Advisory Services. Her focus is key client relationship management for Efficient Markets’ subsidiaries: Government Resources, RenovaNexa, and VeroLands.

Heather attended the University of Maine. She brings over 25 years of C-Suite administrative experience, with a focus on contracting administration and project management. Heather has significantly boosted efficiency in multiple processes and initiatives, by applying proven project management practices. Her expertise ensures that all services exceed the rigorous standards set forth by government clients.
