Charisa is the Lead VDR Coordinator at Efficient Markets. She joined the company in November 2018, bringing with her 22 years of experience in customer service, as well as 2 years of experience in data entry. Charisa has strong organizational skills and loves to do paperwork. Her duties include processing digital and physical files into the VDR, quality control of the VDR, teaching new land team members how to create data rooms, processing cancelled lots, and other administrative tasks. Charisa has been married for 27 years to her husband Justin, and they have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She loves to vacation with friends and family as often as possible.
