Director of Geology
Clint Barnette
Clint serves as the Director of Geology for Indigo Energy Advisors on their Oil and Gas Technical team. He works in conjunction with the Business Development and Transaction Management teams focusing on geologic asset evaluations, proposals, data rooms and executive summary presentations for Efficient Markets’ higher valued assets. Clint offices in downtown Houston, Texas.
Clint joined Efficient Markets in 2023. He began his career as a Geologist at Marathon Oil Corporation where he held positions in the Eagle Ford Development and Geological Operations teams. He joined Tri-C Energy Partners in 2017 as a Geologist with responsibilities covering geological operations, asset development and A&D evaluation. His experience covers the Lower 48 for both unconventional and conventional assets. Clint has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Houston with a thesis on chemostratigraphy.
Clint is a member of AAPG, SPE and HPF.
