Chris joined Efficient Markets in January 2025 as Chief Information Officer. Based in Dallas, he leads the company's strategic technology initiatives, overseeing product development, innovation, application development, infrastructure management, and enterprise program management. Through his leadership, his team drives both innovation and continuous improvement through the organization's core platform.
With nearly three decades of experience in Information Technology and Consulting, Chris brings exceptional depth and breadth to his role. As a veteran of three Perot companies, he successfully led software development teams, managed complex infrastructure projects, and spearheaded business development initiatives. His entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by his achievement in building two global IT and business consulting organizations spanning six countries.
Chris' industry expertise covers multiple sectors, including healthcare, commercial enterprise, telecommunications, construction, manufacturing, oil and gas, financial services, and government entities at the Federal, State, and local levels.
A proud Texas native, Chris graduated from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he maintains a vibrant personal life—enjoying quality time with his wife and five children, exploring new destinations through travel, pursuing his passion for culinary arts, supporting his children's athletic endeavors, and showcasing his competitive spirit in barbecue competitions throughout Texas.
